Setting up a Banner in Oracle Fusion Cloud

Login to cloud application

Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.

 

Search for Task  ‘ Manage Administrator Profile Values’

 


Search for Task 'FND_BANNER_MESSAGE'
 

Click on '+' to add profile values. 

 

Enter values for Profile level and Profile value and click on save

Click on Done 

 Banner with appear in the instance.
