Goal: Creating
resource and assigning that resource to ‘ORA_GL_GENERAL_ACCOUNTANT_JOB’
Role Policy so that the
user can access and create custom process for scheduling.
Login to
Application with postfix ‘/apm’ to login link as shown below for accessing
Application process manger.

Create a new resource for ESS metadata. Select Application Name as ‘fscm’, click on
New Resource as shown below.
Select resource type as ‘ESSMetadataResourceType’ .Enter
user defined resource name Enter name as ‘oracle.apps.ess.custom.* ’ . Click on save.

Policies
Search for the Role
Functional Policies
Below screen Opens.
To add resources click on ‘+’
Symbol
Search for the resource.
Search for the Role and click on Add selected it will be
selected in the selected targets.
Click on Add targets.
After adding we need to define the Target Actions and click
on Apply.
