How to register a Report as a link in Cloud.

Login to the application

To create a report as a link in the “Tools” Navigate to Reports and analytics.

 

Click on Browse catalog.

 

 

Navigate to the reports folder and click on open .

 

 

Report opens copy the link from the browser.

 

 

Navigate to Tools > Structure.

Click On Edit  

 

 

Report appears as a link.

Click on sales

 
Click on Sales > Territories 

Below page opens

Click on Actions > Export  > Export to Another Environment

 

Click on refresh.

Right Click on the file and click on Save link as and Save the file.

Login to the Destination instance.

Click on Sales  > Territories

Click on Actions > Import to Proposal  > Import from Another Environment

Browse the file downloaded from source instance

Click on Actions > Import to Proposal > View Import Status
